Over 20 years. Everyone in the neighborhood was getting a new roof. We were waiting to get ours done - not high on the priority list. Well, along came Shan and Jeff from Big House Construction and they had our backs! With a couple of bumps in the road trying to get insurance to pay - they made the experience painless and easy! They kept in touch with us every step of the way, had an amazing crew putting up our new shingles and cleanup was fabulous! Our project manager(s) Riley was awesome! Answered each question and took care of any concerns we had!

I can’t say enough how smoothly and easily it was for my roof to be replaced by Big House Construction. From Shan helping us with filing our claim, to Jeff Lapman helping us every step of the way, to Austin and his team’s professional and timely work, it has been amazing. Jeff was in constant contact with me throughout the process and really helped me understand each and every step. He was professional yet personable and we really appreciated it. The roof was done just in time for the past winter storm and I feel so much better knowing my family and I have a new roof with unmatched warranty.

They explained the whole process with us, they made sure everything went smoothly and even came by after it was done to make sure the crew cleaned up as they should. The project manager was onsite to make sure all went well and that every detail was taken care of. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. We've never had a project go so smoothly.
