Karls brought a lot of creative design ideas to the table to help us with some of our decisions, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He only seemed to work with sub-contractors he trusted, and the entire crew was helpful and respected our space while they were there working. Karls is so above the generic "Home Depot" style of home remodeling, he can make your particular idea come true within your budget range.
We always wanted a modern deck and his roof design idea was perfect. Now we have a open, airy, yet fully screened in and protected outdoor loving room and we couldn't be happier!
We already hired him for more projects and we wouln't go with anybody else.
He is trustworthy and kind and if you have any remodeling needs, we would 100% recommend him.
