Highly satisfied with the work done and the workers also! Very professional and experienced. They ran into some problems (house is 40+ years old) and handled them beautifully! Had 3 bathrooms remodeled. Still need walls painted but i still think the pictures show their work well. Would recommend
I truly appreciate the team and Quality Craftsman. I ended up seeing them at a convention and asked about their turnaround time in order to increase the size of our shower. They caught my attention with the type of materials they used, allowing for quicker installations.Collin was our sales agent. He came and gave a very thorough explanation of the entire process. He was extremely patient and answered every single question we could think of. Our consultation was in the beginning of December and we were told that it would be able to be completed by mid February 2026. However, because we ordered materials that they already had in stock they were actually able to get it installed by mid January. So we were able to get our shower upgraded within six weeks.Luiggi was our primary installer and he was also a pleasure to work with. He made sure that he went over the sales agreement as well as confirming how we wanted specific features as the project came along. It took roughly 2 1/2 days in order to complete the entire job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We went from a 36 inch shower to a 60 inch shower which was a night and day difference. They removed our previous tub that we never used and replaced our old shower with a linen closet.We actually just took our first shower in it and it left us speechless and grateful for the new upgraded shower. I found Quality Craftsman on line and I was very skeptical with dealing with a company on line. I called out of curiosity and made an appointment. Kevin White showed up. We sat down to discuss our project in full and before he left we made the discussion to do the project. We were able to order everything through Kevin so we didn't have to do anything. Quality Craftsman even arranged financing for the project.When all items for our project were in Victor and his crew were sent in to do the project. Five days were scheduled but it was completed in four. The project consisted of removing the Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a large shower, removing the existing shower and making it a linen closet, changing the vanity and counter top and installing a new floor. From the time the crew walked in the door to the time they left they did an excellent job. Couldn't ask for a better crew to work in my home.I would definitely recommend Quality Craftsman for any remodeling project.
Install Update: one shower update complete. The installer, Borham, was very professional and skilled. He kept us in the loop throughout the process confirming our satisfaction. I have never had such clean work done in my home before. Posted before and after pics. We are utterly pleased with our new walk in shower and look forward to our upcoming complete master bath update.This company is the real deal.I met with Bryan Zachmann recently and was very pleased either his help in planning for a master bathroom remodel and 2nd shower replacement. He fully explained the products and the process making our selection easy. Cannot wait for the installation to start.
Great service from start to finish and after! Great and timely communication throughout entire process. We felt like every team member involved in our re-model was Very professional, knowledgeable in their area of responsibility. Contractors great , sales consultant awesome, everyone arrived on time, kept things clean, great communication. Responded with respect and expert advice during entire process. Quick response to any and all questions/concerns after completion. Couple issues for follow up addressed quickly to our 100% satisfaction.
