We recently had Chan and his team renovate our basement and our experience was excellent overall!After getting into contact via the website, Chan came within the next day or two to conduct a site visit. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, detailed, and provided us helpful yet budget-friendly solutions. We were provided with a quote within a day, and were not pressured to move forward until we were ready to do so.The entire project took about a week, which was communicated clearly from the beginning. The process was easy - we just chose the flooring, paint colour, and stairs at a building supply showroom, and his team handled the material ordering and delivery. During the construction process, they were very careful to lay down flooring protection so nothing was damaged. They made sure to tidy up at the end of every day. We really appreciated that they even took care to close doors to minimize sound and dust, and even vacuumed and mopped after they were done! We tend to be quite picky with craftsmanship, as we have had bad experiences before, but we were very happy with the results and quality of work provided.Rates were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work provided.
