I recently hired John and his team to soundproof my bedroom. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs, explained the entire process clearly, and executed the project with great attention to detail. Me and my wife are very thankful that we met John, Nam and the rest of their team. We had some serious issues with the previous work done in our house by another contractor. They patiently identified and explained to us what the problems are and the options to fix them. They made sure to align them to standards/code. We love the fact that they took the time in addressing these issues and did not cut corners. They did an excellent job in updating our bathrooms, replacing carpets/tiles with vynil planks, updating the stairs, removing popcorn ceilings and finishing up by painting ceilings and walls. Actually, there were two things that stood out a lot for us: One is the prep work which we strongly believe is very important. We've seen wasted renovation when prep work isn't done properly. They did a great job in preparing our space for the needed repairs, making sure everything lines up, no leaks and clean. Second is that they value quality and very open to fix problems even if it meant redoing some parts. We believe renovation is not perfect science and their ability to react quickly and be open to address issues is what we really admired. We would definitely reach out to Zhou's Renovation again for our next projects. We highly recommend this team for those looking for quality and efficient renovations!

John and his team did an excellent job on our home renovation. They replaced our flooring and staircase, removed the popcorn ceiling, and installed potlights. Zhuo's team were professional and knowledgeable in their approach to renovation tasks. We initially agreed to just renovate our basement unit which had 1 bathroom. John and his team were able to add a second washroom, maximizing the space! The Zhuo team were very friendly and open to any new requests and changes from the original plan, all within budget. I would definitely recommend John and his team for any renovation job in the future!
