I had Wilbur complete a bathroom remodel project and the completed project came out great. Nick the foreman is very good with communication and the app that allows you to follow the progress as well as keeps all the docs handy was a nice touch. The Wilbur carpenters were great and they also interacted well with my dogs. The only reason this is a 4 is issues with some of the sub contractors, mostly related to scheduling but also there were some quality issues and dust containment that the Wilbur staff had to correct. I also felt that the design process was a little pricey, and there were many deviations from the original design that we probably should have figured out beforehand. That said, the overall experience was very good and I hope to use them again on our next project.

Wilbur Design + Construct was recommended to us by a structural engineer and removed a structural wall in our basement, replacing it with a beam. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and we’re thrilled with both the process and result. It was worth every penny! We were especially impressed with the finishing work. During the walkthrough, Nick pointed out spots needing touch-ups we hadn’t even noticed and made sure everything was up to his very high standards. It’s clear Wilbur is an exceptional employer, and the staff’s job satisfaction was apparent in all interactions and the pride they took in their work. Wilbur Design + Construct will be our first call for all future projects!
