Management at this place is THE WORST. Manager Odette Castillo; this lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. Talking to a full grown man, in a very rude and condescending way, like if I was a child. She would talk over me, and would not even let me finish a sentence over the phone. Also management takes preferences in tenants on who can, and who cannot park in certain spots. And who can and cannot put there grill pits tables/ chairs in the hallway. I pay my rent and my bills just like any other tenant here. You are not doing me or others a favor. You all need to hire better people in management, because that lady is so rude and unprofessional and has no work ethic. ????

I want to make a plaza because I have been a business owner for over 21 years but when my dad got sick and passed in 22 I wanted to be financially ready and I am now!!! I grieve him but now I’m ready looking for a location anywhere and financially want to make it with my savings….. soon I’ll discuss everything with you it’s time!!! I have lived in the Villagio subdivision for many years. The community pays high HOA costs which would make sense except for one thing. Cantu construction doesn’t care about the people who live in the communities they build. Just a couple of things that we experienced. We have had pool equipment with large holes that need replaced for over a year, lights that are out and have been for some time, and they even cut our trees without permission during the summer which increased our electricity bills. These issues have been brought up several times and nothing has been done. I would not recommend them to anyone I care about.
