I have hired Josey Construction (Colin) to update three bathrooms (a small guest bathroom and large primary bathroom in my prior home and my bathroom in a condo I moved to). Each bathroom project was unique and each turned out beautifully. Colin has good design ideas and he also has resources (including at DalTile) to help make design decisions if you need that. He even built me a beautiful vanity with drawers and great functional space. Most importantly he has an excellent construction team that has loyally worked with him for decades. Josey Construction is a solid choice if you have a home construction project, small or large.

Also, Colin provides a very comprehensive quote for the job with line items and you know exactly what you're getting. Colin would visit every morning and check up on the progress of the work and makes sure everything is up to your expectations. I never had to worry about someone showing up and getting the work done. I definitely will use Josey Construction for any remodeling work on my house in the future.
