Janzen Building has been the best contractor that we have worked with. We have had them complete two different renovations for us. They completed our unfinished basement and helped us fix our eaves and gutters. Throughout both of these, they were professional, timely, and answered every question that we had in a way that made sense to someone who does not necessarily understand shop talk. I would highly recommend Janzen Building to anyone looking for help with renovations or new builds.

Cory and the entire Janzen Builders team exceeded my expectations with their expertise and dedication to my extensive home renovations. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
New windows and siding, a new roof line, and a new kitchen was the first set of renovations undertaken by Cory and his team. Later, frozen water pipes deemed another necessary renovation in the basement.
Their clear communication, skilled craftsmanship, and the ability to handle unexpected challenges (structural shortcuts taken by a previous contractor) made my renovations a positive experience. I observed how meticulous each team member was to make sure things were square and plumb and up to code. This is not an easy task with an older home.
The construction team and sub contractors were very respectful of my home and property. They kept me informed every step of the way, arrived promptly each day, and always cleaned up their work area at the end of each work day.
When I see my home from the street, work in my new kitchen, or spend time in my basement……I just grin. Friends and neighbours are highly impressed at how my home has been transformed.
I have the utmost respect and praise for Janzen Builders, the work they do, and the manner in which they conduct themselves.
