I recently had Gardner Construction Solutions build me a 19x24 patio cover with a metal roof and fireplace, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Patrick Gardner provided a timely estimate at a fair price and completed the job earlier than expected.

Danny Hester, the superintendent, was fantastic. He managed the day-to-day operations smoothly and was always available by phone for any questions or concerns.

The quality of the work is exceptional—the joints in the woodwork look great, and the entire structure feels solid. I also appreciated how respectful the workers were while working at my home; they cleaned up the work site daily, leaving no mess behind.

One thing I was particularly impressed by was that Patrick had mentioned he hadn’t included any funds in the estimate to repair the ground from the street to the patio but promised to minimize any damage. I was bracing for extra costs to level and re-sod the area afterward, but to my surprise, there were no ruts at all!

Overall, I highly recommend Patrick and his team for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. Thank you for transforming my outdoor space!

Gardner Construction renovated two bath rooms in our High Point Terrace home. They did their best to keep things neat and clean during demo and construction. We did have rotten wood which caused additional cost but the crew did a good job ensuring everything was solid. Our designer picked beautiful tile and fixtures. The Gardner team ensured everything was installed properly. The carpenter built beautiful built-ins to provide me maximum storage. It took a little longer than we expected due to the time needed to address the rotten wood but we’re super happy with the outcome.
