We wanted a home with 2 master suites. Rather than sell our home and buy another, we determined our most cost-effective solution was to engage CCH Design | Remodel to add a new master suite to our existing home. We selected CCH because they could handle all phases of the remodel from a collaborative design process through to final city inspections. We appreciated the support of their in-house designer for selection of fixtures, carpeting and paint. They were able to match the detailed architectural features of our home inside and out, so the finished product looks like it was there from the beginning. They handled all the details from preparation of design plans to procurement of materials, hiring of subcontractors, demolition, construction, landscaping, and permits. They were on-site daily to provide supervision of the work, resolve issues, minimize work impact on the neighbors, and ensure quality. Their construction supervisors were expert professionals. They had working relationships with many great subcontractors from prior work on their behalf. They delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. We think their process and results were outstanding!

I loved working with CCH.
Leann did wonderful drawings for me. She helped me visualize how the bathrooms could look and how to add changes to make the bathrooms safer. She got the whole process off to a great start.
Erin really listened to me about what I wanted the bathrooms to look like. When we went together to pick out vanities, tiles, hardware and other items she was prepared with choices that fit with what we discussed. We had fun looking at items but she was efficient and organized and so the decision making process went smoothly. (And she has a great eye for design!)
Chris was my project manager and he did a excellent job of communicating with me and coordinating with the subcontractors. One of the wonderful things CCH does is send pictures every working day so I knew exactly what got done and the plan for the next day.
The whole process was very transparent and I always knew what the timeline was and who was in my house and what they were doing. It was very reassuring.
I also want to mention Sam the senior project manager who helped with coordination and all the little details that made the project move along.
I can highly recommend the CCH team. I have beautifully undated bathrooms with the safety features I wanted.

If you want to be frustrated , ignored, told that cutting corners is industry standard, and end up hiring someone else to finish the job CCH is the company for you!

This is a company that has “design” in their name told us we were on the hook for every measurement. Including when the design they made with the cabinets and range/ stove we ordered through ending up being off by about 2 inches. They said you signed off on the design.

The lack of professionalism and honesty was a constant issue. We were pressured to hurry up and sign a contract with them but then they missed almost every deadline. We had 3 different foreman during the job because of the did not have staffing for the job. Why were we pressured to sign up right away??? Meanwhile Mike was too busy hunting for weeks on end to come to out to job site and then repeatedly told us the $240k remodel is so small to him we didn’t matter.

CCH did not care about our satisfaction once we signed the contract. Mike did not want to hear any concerns we had or care at all about our satisfaction.

I have added a few photos that show some of the issues we ran into. The pictures where there are scratches in the wood. Were scratches they put on the brand new floors they installed. We were told ,oh you won’t be able to see that under an appliance so we are not fixing it.
The pictures with stainless steel appliance and arrow shows the gap for the bad design measurements. Which, again we were told you signed off on it.
And the pictures with the crocked nails in the boards was them starting to build our fireplace using scrap pieces of wood with jacked nails stuck in the boards. We were told that’s just industry standard.

I would keep looking for a respectable contractor.

We just finished our kitchen remodel with CCH and we're thrilled with the results!

I researched contractors and selected them mainly because of their communication, quality, strong project management skills, and close attention to the budget. When the project started I knew what we were spending and how long it would take. They use the BuilderTrend app so I could see the subs who were coming each week, photos of the jobsite were uploaded with a report each day and selections and financials were closely monitored within it as well.

Mike, the owner, is very straightforward and up front about cost, timeframes, etc., Alicia, the designer on staff, was knowledgeable on kitchen trends, and ideas to make the project more cost effective. Brandon, our construction manager, was on site every day making sure the subs he scheduled were doing what was needed and to his specifications, he had great attention to detail. The worksite was clean, the subs were friendly and professional; I work from home, so it made a difference.

We used CCH for living space - kitchen remodel with a deck install. The team at CCH made it very easy to navigate the remodel. This was our first time doing any major home repairs and thankfully they walked us through every step with ease. Brandon was the onsite manager and was amazing to work with on a daily basis. Communication was a breeze with their phone app that provides daily updates and easy option selection. Alicia was super helpful with the numerous selection that had to be made. The team at CCH helped build our family living space to a place we are all happy to come home to.

Post remodel we did come across a couple of warranty claims that Mike and Brandon were speedy at getting them fixed.
