Chapter

Completed a full condo makeover with Chapter. Renovation process is always a stressful one especially from what i heard from friends here in Miami but i am glad i met Chapter. They stayed on track with the agreed budget and more importantly the timeline. In 5 months only, the entire condo was gutted down and remodeled completely passing all inspections. Their online portal giving you constant updates and photos on the progress made it really transparent & efficient. I have to give a big shout out to Selcuk ), my project manager who really played a key role for making the remodel a success. His great responsiveness, attention to details, constant follow up and ability to handle quickly any challenging situations made the process really smooth. I would hire Selcuk in a heartbeat for any remodeling projects.

I hired Chapter to renovate my condo in Wynwood Miami. The experience was professional and transparent from the first onboarding meeting. The permits took a few months but I was prepared for that. I have renovated the entire apartment, including kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, floors, and millwork, and the construction phase took a bit more than 4 months. again, within the range that was communicated to me. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and the final results. I would highly recommend Chapter.

We had our Brickell condo renovated by Chapter. The renovation project included the bathroom, kitchen, and some flooring work. The results were amazing! Our new bathroom make us feel like we are in a spa, the kitchen is finally functional, and the new flooring makes everything look seamless. Chapter team was professional and detail-oriented. We worked with Irit for the design and Andres was our PM. They kept everything on schedule and within budget and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for reliable renovation contractor in Miami, we highly recommend Chapters team!

My Miami Beach condo was feeling stale and outdated, I wanted more space but I didn't think there was much that could be done but after talking with Ben he proved me wrong. Ben and his team reimagined the space with built-in storage, sleek lighting, and a foldaway dining table that disappears into the wall. Now, my place feels twice as big and way more stylish. They worked around my schedule since I was living there during the reno. Absolutely worth it.

We hired Chapter to renovate our house in design district. You can tell they are professional from the first interaction. When other contractors take 2 months to give you a quote, Chapter showed up the same day and released a proposal within 2 days. The entire process was to the same high level of professionalism. They are reliable, transparent and kind. Also, Irit our designer did such a phenomenal job, above our expectations. Highly recommended!
