Best change improved air circulation in basement significantly.There were a few minor issues along the way, but they handled them quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was completed to our satisfaction.The pay structure at specific milestones was well done, and they showed a real commitment to quality and customer service. Electrician cost was not included properly initially and required negotiation to rectify. In the end it was resolved.We appreciate their dedication and would definitely work them again!

We explained our needs as homeowners and he gave us many suggestions based on his experience. They have a very reasonable payment structure that protects the homeowners and Enrico is very honest with his prices. There was never any unexpected price increase. He will explain all the upgrade options available or we can stay with the original contract price.We're super happy with everything and we highly recommend Enrico and Milanda.
