I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates which should never be the customer’s responsibility.The planning and execution felt disorganised and expectations were not managed properly. Important details regarding scope, scheduling, and costs were unclear or changed along the way, creating unnecessary stress and frustration. For a major investment like a kitchen remodel this level of confusion and inconsistency is unacceptable.Overall the experience lacked professionalism, transparency, and reliability. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, get everything clearly documented in writing, and compare multiple contractors before choosing this company. Based on my experience I would not use their services again.
