Red Fox completely transformed our unfinished lower level into a beautiful living room, office/bedroom, and a luxury bathroom with a custom full-tile steam shower. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding, and we can’t recommend them enough. Our project manager, Asher, took charge of every step so we could enjoy the ride. Communication was excellent and the process was smooth from start to finish—from the design phase (which was actually fun!) to construction. One thing that really set Red Fox apart from other contractors I’ve worked with was their transparency. Like any big project, there were a few hiccups due to shipping delays or material defects. The team proactively notified us, clearly explained what was happening, and offered thoughtful solutions—never once cutting corners, even when it would have been easy and/or probably never would have known. That level of integrity gave us real peace of mind that the job was done right. For homeowners in Lake Elmo, the east metro, or St. Paul who are considering a basement finishing project—or need a contractor for any other high-quality work—I highly recommend Red Fox.
