My husband and I have a rental home that has been in the family for more than 20yrs. Enough said there was unfortunately extensive damage due to termites and water damage. We were in dire need of honest construction contactor(s) that could help us get started in a timely, efficient yet effective way that would also not compromise on quality and safety. It being our first time dealing with renovations of this magnitude. My wonderful husband thought he could get it ALL done himself or at least most however both of us work full time jobs and are on a tight budget like most. I have sought several contractors however Mr. Matthews “Mike” and his team stepped up far more than I expected and were very accommodating. They let you know when they’re coming and going, the work being done, and provided me with status through out the process. I didn’t have to keep calling him like I had to with others just for the quote. Thus far they’ve only completed Discovery work for us but that in itself saved us exorbitant costs. Mike is so respectful I really felt as though he treated us like he was doing work for his family. He takes his time and ensures you know what to expect before giving you the cost. I will definitely keep Integrity Construction on speed dial as there is more work to come and there are other average people like me and my husband that need people like Mike on their team. Mike was always helping when needed and BJ and all the office staff were also. I was kept in the loop all the time. I had to be out of town for several weeks and they worked with me and continued the build (we added a sunroom)Even my wife said that they did a great job.
I am a widow, who who purchased a new home to be closer to my son and family. The home I bought needed to be remodeled and I reached out to Integrity Remodeling. I am so thankful to have found a company like this. In this world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, how refreshing it is to have someone take such special care about my needs. My father recently had a major stroke that left him in a vegetative state. I needed to make his home wheelchair accessible before he was able to come home. Mike with Integrity was my first & only phone call. As soon as I had explained that my father was a veteran & what had happened, Mike was ready to go! He wanted to help us & was very eager to get the ball rolling. He came to my dad’s house & we came up with a game plan fast! Mike went above & beyond to make sure I had all the documents I needed to start the projects that we had needed done. I stayed in contact with Mike, Heather & Kim the entire time. They are literally the sweetest, most understanding people to work with. Heather made sure to follow up daily with me & kept me up to date on when certain crafts would show up. They ran like a well oiled machine. We were given so much support & understanding during a difficult time in our lives. Mikes team was simply amazing, as was the work they were able to do to make sure my father is able to live comfortably in his own home. They helped install a ramp, made his home wheelchair accessible, built a stunning handicap shower, installed a handicap sink & replaced the floors throughout the house to make sure it was clean & sanitary for my father. I’m 110% happy & satisfied with everything integrity, construction did for my father. We are so thankful for Mike, Heather, Kim, BJ & the rest of the crew. They were all so professional, caring and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone! We are already eager to work with them on future projects we need done! I contacted Build with Integrity back in November 2022 to turn my small little backyard patio into a larger, nicer sun room. Mike came out and inspected the patio and immediately went to work to make everything based on my specifications. After a month and a half of construction, my little patio turned into a much nicer sunroom that everyone loves! I can't thank Mike, BJ, Heather and Kim enough. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home!
