Excellent experience from start to finish!
BonBain recently completed the construction of our basement bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The entire end-to-end process was incredibly smooth.
From the initial material selection to handling a few changes along the way, their team was professional and easy to work with. Project implementation was flawless, and the follow-up and feedback throughout the project were completely transparent.
The final result is exactly what we expected. If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and professional contractor for your bathroom renovation, I highly recommend BonBain!

We had our powder room and bathroom re done , total gut jobs and so happy we found Bonbain out of 3 contractors Bonbain responded first and had an appointment for our free estimate within 48hrs and the estime in the following week we were not in a hurry we had been waiting 25 years .. so we signed our contract in May and work started in late septembre 2025 and finished in the expected time line.
Outstanding teamS from the project managers , designers, workers, the office team yes even the account are all very professional and lines of communications always open and available, we were advised on which team with show up so we could plan our days from working from home and not getting in there way.
I will enclose pictures please focus on the Bonbain version , the before was done 25years ago and not by professionals.

We recently had our bathroom renovated, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the BonBain crew were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process.
The quality of their workmanship is outstanding—every detail was handled with care, from the flawless tile work to the modern fixtures and finishes they helped us choose. They stayed on schedule and within budget, which made the experience stress-free.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied. Our bathroom has been transformed into a beautiful, functional space that feels like a spa retreat.
I highly recommend this team to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Their expertise and dedication truly shine through in the finished product.the

Brandon and Samuel helped us renovate our basement after we were regretably flooded last August.
It was a very stressful situation, but their calm demeanor and ability to adapt to curveballs that may cause delays (in our case, some surprises when opening the walls) made us feel confident the whole way through. As people that were under a lot of stress and know very little about renovations, it's hard to describe how important that was to my wife and I.
I'd like to thank everyone on their team, Mitch, Emmanuel, Lounis, Mohamed , and every subcontractor involved (Alex and Zach, rockstars!); you can tell that Brandon picks only people that will treat customers with respect to work with them.
It goes without saying that I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. Looking forward to our next project together!
