We hired JJR Construction to complete a framing job for our ADU, new construction build. Ivan and Jose, father and son team always came on time, or called if they were running late from finishing up another job. They were very pleasant to work with, very professional, and went over and above to help us out when it wasn't in their contract, or according to our plans. Their crew was hard working; they worked late nights to finish the job within a timely fashion. I would highly recommend JJR Construction to get the job done right!

My kitchen now looks like it's from a magazine! They also remodeled one of my guest bedroom and guest bathroom. Ivan has been so kind, professional, responsive but most of all honest. He definitely exceeded our expectations with all of the projects. Hire him if you want an honest and timely contractor.

We used JJR construction to remove some walls that our contractor was refusing to. We had been waiting for 3 months to get the walls removed so we could move forward with the rest of the construction that needed to happen at our house. Since our original contractor would not do what we were asking, we called JJR and they were amazing!! In less then a week all three of the walls were out and a beautiful 25 foot beam was installed. Every single member of JJR we came in contact with was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I would use them again, in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to several of our family and friends. They were also very fair in their pricing. Highly, highly recommended JJR Construction for your framing needs!
