Above and beyond! JJ and his team genuinely strive to exceed expectations and they overdeliver on the final product. Our renovation has simply taken my breath away. JJ is full of great ideas! He shares his years of construction knowledge to guide you to good decisions that are cost effective. Our project came in under budget but was done to a super high quality and precise level, all top tier finishes & kohler appliances. JJ and the team take feedback extremely well and are really interested in their clients thoughts and ideas. He is accountable, a great listener, has innovative ideas and goes outside the box to bring your dreams to reality. JJ and the CGT team overdelivered (and we have rocket ?? high expectations). We interviewed around 6 contractors before deciding on CGT. All the employees are so trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. A pleasure to meet and work with every member of the CGT team. Honesty, transparency and integrity are core values of this team. JJs pricing cant be compared to anyone else. He is extremely competitive. Everyone on the whole team is kind and were truly pleasures to work with. Theres nothing CGT cannot do. I look forward to a lifetime of partnership with them. They have already worked on our primary suite, kitchen, dining room and guest room. I give them the highest recommendation without reservation.

CGT Construction exceeded our expectations in absolutely every way possible. They turned a basement water closet into a gorgeous, modern bathroom with a glass and tile shower, large vanity and fabulous lighting. Everyone who came to our home was extremely professional, maintained cleanliness throughout the project, and performed each task with pride and exceptional craftsmanship. They went above and beyond when we asked for little touches here and there, and didn’t hesitate to accommodate our modest change requests. Most importantly, they treated us like family. And the feeling is mutual. Love love love!

We worked with CGT Construction to finish the basement on a new construction home in Malvern. We wanted to finish half of the basement as an activity room with a powder room, while keeping the other half for storage. We reached out to several contractors with different quotes, but JJ is the most transparent, communicative, and punctual contractor. He came to us with a reasonable price, was very open about various options and transparent during negotication, and always provided information on time when promised. We are extremely happy that we choose to work with them.

They did a great job finishing the basement exactly like what we wanted. Mike and JJ were awesome to work with, and I genuinely feel they care about every project. They always try to work out the best solution for the homeowner, and they always make things right if there is any problem. They were very accommodating to changes, and even put in the effort on small details that I didn't even asked. Their regulars crews were very respectful while on the property and are very nice to work with. I would definitely reach out to them again on future projects.

My family worked with CGT Construction to renovate my parents’ two-story home in Edgewater Park. They did an amazing job stripping down to the studs in most rooms and building it back up to what my wife and I envisioned. Mike and JJ were incredible to work with throughout the process and easily accommodated changes as the project progressed. The crews that came through the house to do the work were very respectful of the property and the regulars were a pleasure to work with. Work included demo, plumbing & electric, insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances, shower remodel, paint, and carpets. They will be the first people I reach out to for future projects!

This is a late review, this work was done over Dec-Feb, 2025. CGT came into our planned Primary bathroom project renovation, which was a top to bottom redesign, including the closet. We had already designed and purchased all the materials, and our initial contractor did not work out. They immediately proposed a price which was competitive. The work was done on time, on budget, no overruns, and they absorbed some rework costs and handled the punch list without question. What I especially liked was the project management communications and the fact that they brought in specialists for each step; tile, electrical, plumbing, paint and all framing were done by different specialists who clearly knew their craft. I really appreciated the entire team, they were on time, kept the workspace clean and did quality work. I kind of regret I don't have any more projects of this scale at my house at this point; I would hire them again absolutely and recommend them without reservation.
