If you’re looking for a company for your remodeling project, don’t waste your time calling anyone else! Before reaching out to Next Level Remodeling, we had been working with another well-known firm that ended up wasting two months of our time. I will not go into details but we decided it was time to cut our losses and move on.

Frustrated, I started calling other companies — and thankfully, one of them was Next Level Remodeling. Everything happens for a reason, because they were truly a godsend. Kyle Baptiste, the owner, immediately impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, great listening skills, and thoughtful ideas.

We decided to give him the job, and his team proved we made the right choice. They were efficient, courteous, and produced excellent results. We’re so happy with the outcome that we’ve already signed up for our next project — the second of many more to come!

An enthusiastic recommendation for Kyle and the entire team at Next Level for great design and build services. From the first meeting to the final walk-thru, the professional expertise, collaborative process, good advice, creativity, and attention to detail gave me confidence in my whole house remodel. Detailed drawings, project documentation, and costs were accompanied by clear and regular communication, the fun of choosing materials, incorporating new ideas and plan adjustments, and always patiently answering my questions.

In particular, I have to recognize project manager, Hector Mateo—a truly skillful craftsman and great human being. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not be happier with many special elements in my new home that he made sure were executed with care and to his own high standards - a beautiful slat wall, a fantastic new fireplace and mantle, curved hand rails, arched and pocketed doors are just a few of the special elements! I admire his talent, dedication to doing good work, management skills, and organization (if you work with him you’ll see the most impressively organized work vehicle one could ever imagine).

Next Level did an amazing job renovating my home in Wexford Leas. Initially, I was only interested in a new roof and repairs to my soffiting. After meeting with Kyle, he showed me the potential for my home with some new paint, gutters, new front and storm doors. My project manager Tony was present through every repair, responsive to my texts and made sure things were done right. Next Level exceeded my expectations and changed my concerns about working with a contractor. I would recommend Next Level to anyone who wants to work a trustworthy and knowledgeable company!
