CK Contracting helped us transform our 80's cedar sided house with outdated retro window shapes into one of the best looking houses on our street. Our cedar siding was spent and needed replacement and Chris guided us through the process of replacing our siding and windows throughout our home, including removing a large triangular window that dated our home. Our renovation was in 2019 and we still receive compliments from neighbors when out front doing yard work and such. Working with Chris was easy and we found him easy to communicate with. Lastly, we stayed on budget!!!...which is typically difficult. Kudos to Chris and his team for their craftsmanship!

We chose CK Contracting to create a brand new backyard cabana (as well as help coordinate the on-going pool build and total backyard reno). They were wonderful! Ck Contracting did an amazing job with our beach condo renovation. First impressions matter, and after speaking to the selections coordinator, Erin, I felt that CK Contracting would be a good fit for us. Several other contractors did not even get back to me or could not answer my questions. Chris was a pleasure to work with and very detail oriented. He takes copious notes by phone on site and translates that back for himself at the office. To keep everyone on the same page during the project, they use Co-Construct. This was a bit intimidating at first. It is a huge program and with a full 2 bedroom condo renovation, there was a lot to enter on my side and on their side. However, the overall advantages of Co-Construct were helpful as I could see every conversation, every choice and every change laid out in one place. It also kept track of our expenses and where we were as plans changed at times. I often judge companies we have worked with not only on how they work to prevent problems, but what do they do to solve them. When we encountered some issues, Chris was ethical, quick to solve them, bent over backwards to see that our project got back on track quickly, and checked to make sure each trade did quality work. He had a sharp eye for things not being quite right and made sure all the trades met his high standards for CK Contracting. He is a truly customer based owner and when I changed my mind several times, he never made me feel like it was going to be an issue. I would highly recommend CK Contracting and would use them for future projects.

CK construction did a very good job adding a bathroom under my raised home. This would have been 5 star but there was a bit of delay from the time we initially met and construction began. The initial estimate was incorrect and had to be adjusted up considerably but Chris worked with my budget and made adjustments to keep the cost down. I was very pleased with the final product and the attention to detail. Communication was very good.
