Jackie, Jack, and their team were outstanding. Communication was excellent from the design phase all the way through our kitchen remodel. No renovation goes perfectly smoothly, but what really sets a contractor apart is how they handle the bumps along the way; and their team handled everything professionally and quickly. Because of that experience, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We sold our home within two days, and without a doubt, the reasons for the solid sale were the outstanding work that Jack and the team did. They refashioned the first floor of our house and refreshed the second floor. Perspective buyer after buyer commented on the impression that the kitchen, Great Room and Master Suite made upon their experience: a house that is indeed a warm, inviting, engaging testimony to the skilled designs and artistic craftsmanship of KB&B. From the initial design process through installation to the finishing touches, I received personalized professional guidance and service. As with any remodel, especially in an older home, there is the possibility for hidden problems i.e. rotten subfloors and floor joists, which KBB handled seamlessly without breaking the bank. The staff was always courteous, kind and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. I was thrilled with the final results!
What an amazing professional staff. We sought a few estimates before deciding what contractor to go with. We completely renovated the main bath and a hall bath.Jack showed up with 2 of his team for our first appointment for an estimate. They were thorough and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted to do. We received a detailed estimate with place holders for things we needed to decide on like; fixtures, final tub choice, hardware. Over the next couple of weeks we had a couple of design meetings and it was all worth it!Everyone on the staff was helpful and verified along the way if we were satisfied. Of course there were a couple of minor issues but the team immediately reacted and kept the project moving along.
