Andrey and his crew are very hardworking and trustworthy individuals. Andrey would get to the job site by 8 each morning and hit the ground running. Most mornings, Andrey would be instructing/guiding his worker, providing me with job updates, and setting up equipment all at the same time. Andrey is not bashful about working hard, doing the job correctly, and completely. The scope of the project changed significantly after the exterior siding was removed, and Andrey did not hesitate to dive in and do what was necessary. Siding removal, stud and header repair, new sheeting, new siding and finish with exterior painting, Andrey can do it all. I have already been dreaming of other projects that Andrey can help me with. I would not hesitate to have Andrey and his crew work with us again.
we had our tile and shower pan completely replaced and SAP’s team did a great job. i needed it done by the end of this month and they were able to get it done in just two days and i didn’t have to wait long for them to start. the shower looks even better now. very friendly, efficient and cost effective as well. we will use them in the future! highly recommend.
Thankfully Andrey was able to get started on the same day that he came and looked at the job I needed done since another contractor backed out on short notice and I was on a tight timeline. Andrey worked hard to get my job done quickly, and it looked great !
A year ago August 2023 we did renovation on our house. We went through many online platforms to find a contractor to do the outside work- front porch entry, stairs and decks. Among all the contractors that showed interest we picked SAP Construction LLC after meeting with Andrey, the owner. We couldn't be more happier with the pricing, well-detailed work, on time, communicative and being a good person to work with. Initially, we only wanted him to do the outside work but after working with him we end up asking him to do more work for us. He installed our wood plank stairs inside the house, plumbing and installation of bathroom vanity. He also did replaced our two deck posts that have cracked free of labor. Andrey did an excellent job AGAIN, this time for our living room floor. We decided to replace the carpet in our living room, so we knew we could depend on him to do a great job after the job he did in a bedroom a few months ago. I highly recommend him. He pays attention to details and does precise work. He is also very reasonable. I know we’ll be having him back when we’re ready to do our bedroom. He also changed the hinges on our bathroom door, to make it swing out instead of in, and make it more handicapped accessible. He did an excellent job on that as well.
