He’s built a large-scale, modern deck and helped me solve bunch of other issues around the house, always coming up with proactive and creative ideas. On top of the impressive engineering and structural work he’s done flawlessly, and the permit work he did all by himself, he also added unique designs that make the whole deck structure stand out - without being asked to or increasing the budget. You can see that he truly cares about the craft, not only to get the job done. Was such a pleasure working together, and the results are better than what I’ve imagined!

Andrei performed a bedroom and bathroom remodel for our home, and did an incredible job within a reasonable timeline. Andrei did an excellent job managing multiple aspects of the project- permits + inspections, design ideas and feedback, and coordinating multiple trades to efficiently execute the project. He was always very clear and honest with his communication, which helped instill a lot of trust with us since this was our first major renovation project. Andrei is clearly passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft, and took on additional scope in the middle of the project (drywall/painting, flooring and windows to name a few) to improve the end result. The quality of the finished renovation was amazing thanks to his efforts. Strongly recommend him for your project!
Had a great experience working with SF2 primarily with Andrie. He is super knowledgeable and good to work with. My architect was completely online- so there were a lot of stuff which was not addressed in terms of how and what to do. Andrie addressed them well especially adhering to construction codes and managing to stitch in 1960s construction with new extension. He also gave ideas better than the architect to make the project better in terms of cost and aesthetics. He respect his sense of having the large picture and his commitment to timelines. Will work with him in future if needed.
