We chose Grand Designs Remodeling to remodel and update our townhome (kitchen previously updated). We had a vision of what we wanted and Eric and Karen made our vision a reality!They put all new flooring throughout the whole house, built custom media wall with a place for our beverage frig and an electric fireplace. New quartz countertops in the master and half bath. Replaced old shower with beautiful tile and a new glass door. Painted the bathroom cabinets and installed new LED mirrors. Installed built in custom closets. Installed all new light fixtures and 2 ceiling fans. We also had them install 2 new taller toilets.Eric and Karen were excellent to work with. At no point were we wondering where we were in the process. Their team of professionals worked through each phase seamlessly.We highly recommend Eric and Karen for your remodeling needs. We could not be more pleased from start to finish.

We are overwhelmed by the workmanship that was done throughout the entire job. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They listened to what we wanted and communicated with us throughout the entire process. They were most helpful in helping us select materials and were honest in their recommendations. From the painters ,the tile guys, and just let me tell you about those guys, to the glass installers,and then, the guys that took a beautiful slab of Brazilian quartzite, cut and installed that beautiful island and countertops. It’s been a journey a learning experience and a pleasure to work with and watch each one of these craftsmen JOB BEAUTIFULLY DONE
