In November of 2021, we had our condo bathroom badly damaged by a broken pipe several floors above us. We live in Pa and it was a Sunday. I tried making calls to find someone to do repairs down to the studs. Much to my surprise, Eddie answered the phone, ON A SUNDAY! By Monday afternoon we were in Myrtle Beach and met with him on Tuesday. They did an excellent job and in a very short amount of time. I gladly will ALWAYS recommend them!

I met the LA Construction team as they were painting units in our small association. They were outstanding for the outside painting - prep work, caulking, needed wood replacements, spray and roll, and cleanup -- attention to detail all without disturbing the landscaping.I asked for a bid to replace two windows. They were courteous and timely in detailing their offer (that may sound simple but a lot of "contractors" do not provide sufficient written documentation). The replacement involved considerable inside and outside work. Their crew was professional, on-time, and worked hard. They were also patient in terms of addressing my questions.Jesse Avery was outstanding in communicating start day, times, and follow-up afterwards. I really liked these guys -- easy to work with, responsive, and quality -- sounds very basic but they delivered! I cannot say that about my experiences with other contractors in the Myrtle Beach area. Definitely would use their services again.
LA Construction was recommended through my realtor when I purchased a home in the area. They were very responsive, thorough, did a fantastic job, cleaned up when they left, and I couldn't be happier with them. I will look to do business with them again and would recommend to family & friends without hesitation.
This company is the best paint/construction contracting company in Myrtle Beach, and Horry County. Every time we use them they show up as the appointment called for, and do quality work, top notch, and finish as agreed. Whenever we require work to be performed at SOUTH BAY INN AND SUITES we call Eddie @ LA CONSTRUCTION, he always treats us fair on pricing, and with excellent workmanship. Try them you will like them.
