We hired ReBuilders for our whole-home remodel as we prepared to move to Myrtle Beach from Virginia. Remodeling an entire house while still living out of state is incredibly difficult and inherently stressful, but Ray and his team provided the reliable partnership we needed.

From the start, Ray Floyd demonstrated superior professionalism and control over the 3 month process. He provided us with a detailed schedule for the entire project, which was crucial since we were managing this renovation from a long distance. We especially appreciated his honesty and expertise. When I presented a few of my initial design ideas, Ray was straightforward about providing practical feedback, telling me clearly when an idea was simply not practical or would have an unnecessarily exorbitant cost. His guidance saved us both time and money. He was quick to respond to messages and always answered our questions.

Ray and his team stayed on schedule. This was vital for us; we coordinated our moving company to deliver our belongings on the day Ray promised the house would be completed. He actually completed the work a few days early, allowing our family to move in without delay.

The finished work is truly outstanding—we are thrilled with the results. ReBuilders is not the least expensive contractor you will find, but we can confidently say the quality of the work and the peace of mind that came from his reliability and delivering exactly when promised was worth the cost. We highly recommend him for any large-scale project!

We chose Re-Builders to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. We had previously used them for a master bath remodel at a previous residence, and were very pleased, so contacted them again for the new kitchen.

Ray came out and did all the measurements and analysis, and was very informative and helpful with questions and suggestions. Re-Builders' cabinet contractor (Kreative Kitchens) came out and together we planned out the cabinet layout. I wanted as much storage as possible with easy access. We discussed several options, along with options for pull-outs and storage for specific items. Within a few days, I had an estimate / proposal Emailed to me. After a couple minor changes and signing the proposal, the "process" was started immediately with ordering the cabinets.

The cabinets actually came earlier than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise.
About a week before the cabinets were scheduled for delivery, I was contacted and given a timetable for construction, beginning on 11/6 and ending on 11/29. Our lead construction guy, Bryan and his crew came on 11/6 and started demo which went extremely well. The kitchen was completely gutted and prepared for new cabinets. Upon request, I was given a detailed day-by-day schedule of work, so I knew what was to be done each day.

Re-Builders uses subcontractors that they know and work closely with. Everything went smoothly, from demo, to plumbers, to electricians, to cabinets, to tile work. Everything was done to perfection, as cleanly as possible for major construction, and each sub seemed to be careful to not damage any of the work before them. (in my opinion and experience, this can be a problem if not managed properly). And, I have to give a special thank you to Steve and his crew from Kreative Kitchens. They were amazing, tweaking everything to make it all perfect. Even added some additional "restrictors" to make sure the doors did not bang into each other or other items when opened.

I could not have been happier with the entire job. Everyone was polite, professional, helpful, and very patient with all my questions, concerns, and extra requests. I even had them tear out my old pantry shelving and put in different shelving to make it more user friendly, and move the light in my eating area to be centered. This was not in the original proposal, so I did pay additional for these new requests, but the price was extremely reasonable.

The job completed on 11/30, one day later than the original schedule, so I sure can't complain about delays.

I would definitely recommend Re-Builders to anyone wanting to do any sort of remodel or renovation. They are THE BEST. I'm sure I will be using them again in the future.

Chad and his team led by Tim did outstanding work on our Carolina Room addition. From design concept, through construction everything was well thought out and in perfect order. The team was extremely precise and detail oriented. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and well beyond. We had some others Contractors that either never showed up for initial consultation or if they did, never submitted a proposal. Chad was professional from start to finish.

Tim gave us several suggestions along the way and we're glad we took his advice. Everyone that visits loves our new Carolina Room. The finished product was better than we ever could have imagined. We love it! Well done Re-Builders!
