We have done multiple construction projects since moving into our home 8 years ago. A deck, a master bath, kitchen, etc. Every single one has been a nightmare (delays, days where no one shows up, budget issues, you name it). For that reason, I have put off remodeling our main floor bathroom forever. I finally decided to go through with it, and after extensive research, I reached out to Concept. The whole process went so smoothly, and the end result was so fantastic, I'm actually now trying to figure out more renovations we can do. From reaching out for a quote (response within a few hours) to final product, the entire process was so pleasant. Ben came to the house every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Someone was here working every single day. The workers were not only so meticulous (big shoutout to Vitaly on the tile work!), they were CLEAN. I did not have to spend every night picking up debris or vacuuming--it was like no one had ever been here, even on demo days. The project ended EARLY and WITHIN BUDGET! Not only that, but everyone went above and beyond. Vasily saw me moving boxes of tile since the tile company had dropped off the tile in the wrong area, and he told me to stop and that he would take care of it, which he did. On the last day when Ben was taking the last load of garbage, he grabbed other garbage that was unrelated to the project for me. I literally cannot recommend Concept enough; if you're on the fence about moving forward with a project, don't be. If you've been burned in the past, you won't be this time. Thank you so much to Ben, Vasily, Vitaly, Sergei and everyone who made our bathroom beautiful, and without causing me a panic attack or even slight indigestion in the process. We hired Ben Cesaretti and Concept Construction for a full gut kitchen remodel, and overall, we were extremely pleased with the quality of their work. This was a major renovation, and the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and installation was flawless from start to finish.

There were multiple delays with the cabinets; however, it’s important to note that Concept Construction did not order the cabinets—we purchased them on our own. Despite those delays being outside of their control, Ben and the team was extremely flexible and worked with us to keep the project moving as smoothly as possible once the cabinets arrived.

Communication was good, the job site was kept clean, and the finished kitchen looks great. We appreciate their professionalism especially Gio and the adaptability during a challenging remodel and would recommend Concept Construction to anyone considering a major kitchen renovation.

Concept Construction recently completed a mudroom renovation for us, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

They handled everything—custom cabinets, a built-in bench, beautiful trim work, recessed lighting, a new light fixture, a new door with a retractable screen, and painting. The finished room looks incredible—functional, stylish, and seamlessly integrated into our home’s overall aesthetic.

Ben, the owner, was a true professional throughout. He’s extremely responsive and communicative, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the work. He’s a perfectionist in the best way—constantly checking in and making sure everything was done to a high standard. The project was completed on time and on budget, which I really appreciated.

He even went the extra mile to help return a door (that I purchased on my own) that arrived damaged—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it shows the level of care he brings to the job.

I’m thrilled with how the room turned out and already planning to have Concept Construction back in the spring for more projects. Highly recommend!

David does amazing wood work -- he did our board and batten in the bathroom as well as on a wall in our master bedroom and it looks wonderful.
