American Pride Construction

We recently used American Pride to install a whole house heating system through the MASS SAVE program. They were very responsive to our request for an assessment and quote, walked us through every step of the way and the equipment installation was very impressive! They kept their work space very clean and organized which we appreciated we did not have to do much once they left! Definitely would work with them again and recommend their services!

Gene installed a new door and stairs which came out incredible! He was professional, detail oriented and even worked in the rain! He was patient with our overly friendly dogs who wanted to help. We will definitely be using them again for future projects in our house!

American Pride came into our lives after we had just been through one of the roughest experiences of our lives. Our family had planned to build our forever dream home and our contractor left us in complete disarray. There were so many jobs that were left undone, so many code violations that my husband and I didn’t know where to turn. We were referred to American Pride who has absolutely assisted with turning our situation around! They are very professional, compassionate and effective. We had been waiting almost 2 years for a working gas fireplace, and even with all the chaos of having to use multiple contractors, they were still able to turn our nightmare into the most luxurious place to be in our home! I would definitely recommend this company for any project! We will definitely be using them in the near future to assist with other jobs we have to correct in our home.

I can't say enough good things about American Pride. Not only did they do amazing work, in a fast and efficient manner, but they also went above and beyond. I hired them to put an addition on my home and, at the same time, had previously hired another company to do my roofing and siding. The other company cut corners, made huge glaring mistakes, and destroyed part of my home. Joe at American Pride saw the other company's lack of workmanship being done to my home and stepped in on my behalf to facilitate the proper repair and installation of the siding. Joe took time out of his busy schedule, without charging me extra, to not only go over all of the concerns that I had, but to supervise the other company's foreman when he came back to repair the damage they had caused. Joe not only made sure I was happy with the job American Pride had done, but also that I was satisfied with the repairs the other company had to fix due to their negligence. He looked out for me and my family and went above and beyond to make sure we weren't further being taken advantage of by the other company. I also want to mention the Office Manager at American Pride as she also took additional time and energy to help me navigate the pure chaos that my H.O.A put me through to obtain the permits. She was extremely knowledgeable in regard to board meetings and necessary paperwork. I would probably still not have my permit if it wasn't for her. I literally called her in a panic because I didn't know what my next step was, and my H.O.A and town were giving me the run around for what should have been a simple process. Ally was calm and professional. She took time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. She even jumped into email chains and three-way calls to make sure everything was being done correctly. My addition that was done by American Pride is beautiful and my favorite spot in the house. My only regret is that I didn't hire them to do the roofing and siding, too. I was so impressed with their professionalism and care that I hired them again a few weeks later to install a mini split system in my house. Again, they did a fantastic job. I love my new mini splits, and Justin even made sure to run the lines in a way that would not take away from the new siding job. You can't go wrong with American Pride. They are a great crew and super kind people. Not only are they professional, with great customer service, but the craftmanship is amazing, and the pride in their work shows.
