They advised we bring in a structural engineer to assess the damage. when the report came back that repairs were not required, David was very honest and did not give us the usual sales pitch. we did not end up needing the work, but it was still a great experience and i will be reaching out on my next project.

I had a fantastic experience with The Builders and Cleaners! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality was excellent, the customer service was responsive and helpful, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free and they were very careful.

I reached out to Builders and Cleaners of West Haven, CT for an estimate on my driveway and foundation (rebel stone and brick). While I didn’t move forward with the work at this time, I had a great experience from start to finish.

Mo came out to assess the driveway—he was extremely professional, walked me through the scope of work, took detailed photos, and provided a clear and competitive estimate. He also followed up and stayed in communication, which I really appreciated.

I also spoke with David, who stayed in touch and was very understanding when I ran into delays on my end.

And Kosta—very well-spoken, thoughtful, and left a great impression with his communication style.

Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t move forward with the project right now, I would absolutely recommend this team.
