He kept an open line of communication, quickly responding to my questions, his time of arrivals, etc - so important to a homeowner! And he knows and does it all! He carefully considered any obstacles, problem-solved, installed electrical and plumbing according to code, let me know what ideas worked, what didn't. But never did I feel like he was rushing through my job to begin his next one. He cleaned up every night too!
