Burk Construction and Development

As a landscaping contractor, we appreciate builders who stay organized and communicate well — and Burk does both consistently. Projects run smoothly, expectations are clear, and their team genuinely respects the trades they work with. That’s not always common in this industry. Great people, strong leadership, and quality work every time.

As an architect, I have worked with Billy and his team at Burk Construction for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their professionalism. They are transparent during the process with clients and provide great attention to detail in their construction. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a contractor that they can trust.

Burk Construction and Development is a builder we trust completely with our custom home designs. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit make them an outstanding partner for our firm and any clients who may be in the market for a builder.

After speaking with friends and families who have previously built homes, we were nervous to start our home build. We heard countless experiences of contentious relationships with contractors and stressful budget overruns. Thankfully we chose to build our custom home with Burk Construction. From the initial planning stages to the final walkthrough, their team was communicative, professional, and genuinely invested in making our vision a reality. What truly set them apart was their ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on schedule and within budget—a rare and incredibly appreciated combination. Every detail of our home reflects a commitment to excellence, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. The customer service was second to none. They listened, advised, and responded quickly anytime we had questions or ideas. The end result is a home we’re proud of and one that exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a custom home builder who values transparency, delivers exceptional work, and prioritizes client satisfaction, we can’t recommend Burk Construction enough.

The Burk Construction Team completed an interior home renovation for our family. From start to finish they were professional and excellent at communicating.
