Communication was always clear, which made the process very easy to follow. Katia handled the interior design, and her selections made a big impact. The new kitchen and bathroom look modern and clean, and the new flooring completely refreshed the entire house. We also replaced the roof as part of the renovation, and that work was done efficiently and with solid quality. The upgrades added real value to the property, and it’s now in great shape for renting.
