My wife and I are seniors and we decided to get our main bathroom tub removed and converted to a stand up shower. We contacted Sergei at Yorkland Homes based on the reviews on Google. Sergei and his crew did not disappoint. We had the tub and the overhead bulkhead removed to get extra light in the shower area. The quote was reasonable and the work started the following week. His communication is exceptional and his attention to keeping the dust contained and flooring protected was very much appreciated. The overall finish was excellent with Sergei taking pains to ensure that all the walls and ceiling were freshly painted. All areas were vacuumed and mopped clean. We will be using Yorkland Homes again in the future and highly recommend them for home renovations.

Sergei delivered on all the things he promised from the time he gave us our quote to when the project was completed. Sergei was always responsive, and his efficient project management from demo and disposal all the way to the final touches kept the project moving quickly. We had no trouble finding a tenant since the space turned out great!

We cannot say enough good things about Sergei and everyone at Yorkland Homes. They fully finished our entire basement and master bathroom in just seven weeks, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

With renovations happening both upstairs and downstairs—and two young kids at home—we were amazed at how clean they kept everything every single day. Their professionalism showed in every detail, and they consistently went above and beyond for us: updating all the doorknobs throughout the house, hanging paintings, mounting tvs, touching up and repainting walls with scratches, and even arranging a full cleaning at the end of the renovation.

The quality of the work is outstanding, the team is trustworthy, and the service is truly next level. We wouldn’t look anywhere else—just call Yorkland Homes. Highly, highly recommend!
