We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone is friendly. We were most impressed with the quality of our shelves. Before our shelves were chintzy and you could rip them out of the wall. Now, the shelves are like Tim Taylor more power, except Al built them.

We just had our downstairs 1/2 bath converted into a 3/4 bath stealing space from the bathroom closet and adjacent den closet. The project went very smoothly from start to finish. Paul Criner was very easy to work with, and his staff did an excellent job helping develop a design to fit our small space while meeting our needs. Their designer Sarah Przybyl was extremely helpful helping us to pick out the materials and fixtures and the Project Manager, Jet did an outstanding job managing the project and doing a majority of the work. Jet cleaned the work area thoroughly before leaving every day and was a pleasure to work with.

Criner remodeling has now completed a second project for us and we could not be happier with the end result. We had our old gas fireplace removed and a new one installed with new stone work from the raised hearth to the ceiling 22ft above. Great job, we highly recommend Criner remodeling.

We were very pleased with Criner Remodeling. They have a very strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Having a site supervisor provided a daily interface for job discussion and progress. From sale to design to build to finish, it was a seamless process for which we were very grateful.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our Criner Kitchen Remodel. The extra space, storage, natural light and special features turned 2 dark spaces into a bright space to spend time in. The process from beginning to end was handled professionally and with meticulous regard for our wishes and our property. From our initial meeting with Paul, our design wizard Sarah, and the team that brought our wishes to fruition, the focus was always on us as the customers. We were informed every "step of the way" and our questions were answered with patience and detail. Special thanks to Richard (our Project Manager), who was on the job bright and early every day with Andrew as his main co-worker. Along with Rich (Production Manager), they were determined to ensure we had a kitchen ready for Thanksgiving and we did! We're also grateful to other Criner team members, Brandon, Coty, and Nico who all pitched in to make that happen! If you're looking for a quality product by quality people, I recommend Criner Remodeling!
