Nix Contracting & Property Management

I contacted this company during a storm (last minute) a crew was sent out expeditiously to have our excessive amount of snow removed. Very reasonable pricing and they did a great job. I contacted them a second time for garbage removal, again last minute and the job was completed in a very timely fashion! I will definitely use this company again

I have a window on the side of my house that holds an ac unit. Just closing it off on the inside wasn't enough last winter. Nix makes reusable plastic outer window covers. Two guys came, made the frame, attached and made sure the plastic was fit. They were speedy, clean, and very professional, my dog got out the back yard, was standing in front of the one guy, and kept doing his work. Most would have freaked at a one-hundred-pound dog barking at them. They accept cash app, but I don't have that, and they didn't flinch when I couldn't get payment to them until Tuesday. Office staff was very professional and understanding. I'm looking around to find something else for them to do now. You don't get to work with people like this any longer.

Outstanding and professional service with reasonable price and quality work. Nix is the best in town with his unmatched customer service and timely response. Like his work, Nix has special smile and caring service that you will make you feel happy and fully satisfied. His crews are friendly, extraordinary, and well trained to get the job done on time and on budget!

When I initially called, I didn’t expect them to come out and give me a quote the same day. They were very professional and reasonable. They got the job done with no breaks in between. When Mr. Nix and his team left, everyone had a smile on their face! Now that’s service with a smile!
