Tim and his crew did a fantastic and professional job repairing our damaged hardwood kitchen floor. Northland restored our floor, repaired some cabinet damage, and rewired the center island. We were happy to have one company be able to all the work. We are extremely please the the work they did.

When we bought our house it was a bit of a mess and needed quite a lot of work. Tim and his teams really made this house a home. We ended up putting in all new flooring, added wainscoting downstairs, did a total master bath reno and a kitchen remodel. Everything turned out better than we could have expected and they worked so tirelessly to make sure everything was done right. From the flooring and drywall work to the wainscotting to the tile work we could not have been more pleased.With that being said I will reiterate a previous post that stated if you're looking for quick and cheap, Tim is not your guy but if you want lasting quality he's your perfect match. You should also be prepared for your house to become a complete work space for the amount of time needed for the project. Our furniture was pretty much constantly covered in dust, which was a bit of an annoyance. The only company that we would not recommend using that Tim works with is BnC Plumbing. They came out several times to work on various projects in the house and we ended up having to go behind them and fix mistakes that could have been easily avoided and if we had not caught them could have caused a lot of damage.Overall we enjoyed our experience with Tim and we really can't thank him and his teams enough for all the hard work they put into making our house feel like a home. We are so thankful that we get to enjoy this beautiful home for years to come.
Tim Beadell was exactly the contractor I needed to help me get a dream Master Bathroom. I was not sure where to start or even of what I wanted. He walked me through every step, helped me choose appropriate materials and make decisions. I felt that he was a great partner throughout the process.Both Tim and Paul were at my house for most of 6 weeks and I was sorry when our project ended. They are both such gentlemen and my daughter and I felt so very comfortable with them.They are polite and respectful and I looked forward to coming home every evening to see what they accomplished that day. We did a total demo with tear out of tub and shower and rebuilt a master shower where the tub had been. We added a second vanity, reworked lighting and electrical, new cabinets and counters. We put in a barn door and painted master bath, bedroom and foyer.Tim is a stickler for details and a perfectionist and I am delighted with what they did for me.
What a pleasure to work with Northland Finish Contractors! They did exactly what they said they would, in the length of time they said they would and they showed up when they said they would!!! Not a given when working with contractors. My new fireplace looks amazing. It makes the whole room brighter.
