Used Remodel and Renovate to find and fix a leak coming from my upstairs master bath and coming down and spotting the downstairs nook ceiling. Repair involved finding the source of the leak and ultimately hving to remove the tub, replace the osb underneath, replacing the defective tub faucet and reinstalling new piping/lines for that faucet. After that repair then they needed to reinstall Tile tub surround with grout and silicone around the tub then paint the walls and trim in that bathroom and our guest bathroom upstairs. I lso had them fix the ceiling downstairs and repaint the ceilings in three connected rooms to look the same. As the repair unfolded and became a little more expensive and as we couldnot find some matching tiles and had to rework things, I was able to adjust the work projects to add paiting those bathrooms and fewer ceilings downstairs. This contractor does high quality work and is very flexible with adding or removing items as the job evolves. I already have plans to have them back out in a month or two for some additional painting and trim repairs outside.

Everything turned out beautifully. Gar is very cost-efficient, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process, offering suggestions and solutions when needed.
