We added an extra space to existing, a high ceiling big living room with multiple glasses .

We recently completed a full house renovation in North Vancouver, and working with Arani as our general contractor was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The project included a complete kitchen renovation, two bathroom renovations, flooring replacement, and several layout changes to create a more open-concept space. Some structural modifications were also required, including removing a load-bearing wall and installing a beam, and the team handled the engineering and structural work very professionally.
Arani and his team were also very knowledgeable about the permit process and municipal inspections, which made the entire renovation much smoother than we expected. They coordinated everything properly and ensured that all work met the required standards.
Throughout the project, the communication was clear and organized, and the schedule was managed very well. Even when a few changes came up during construction, they handled everything professionally and kept the project moving forward without unnecessary delays.

We worked with Arani Construction on a full garden-level renovation of our home on Berkley Avenue in the District of North Vancouver, and we are very happy with how everything turned out.

This was a substantial residential renovation that included a complete kitchen remodel, two bathroom renovations, living room updates, new flooring throughout, fireplace improvements, and a new fire-rated ceiling assembly. We also upgraded the electrical service and made important layout changes to create a more open and functional space.

Structural work was a major part of the project. New engineered beams were installed to support the layout modifications, and Arani restored our previously enclosed garage back to its original configuration with new posts, beam installation, new foundations, and a new garage door. All of the work was completed under a District of North Vancouver permit, with proper engineering design and inspection coordination.
Pedram and his team were organized, communicative, and professional throughout the process. They handled the structural and permit requirements carefully, and we felt confident in their experience as a general contractor in North Vancouver.
