No project of this size comes without challenges and there were a few, mostly because of unexpected surprises with my building lot. They went with the flow, figured out how to deal with the challenges and best of all kept re-assuring me through the stress of downsizing, moving to another state, selling my previous home, living in a hotel and with family until we received the go ahead to move in. The sub contractors they work with are top notch and very professional. I initially worked with Nick, who was very helpful in the design, layout and pricing. Keith was my PM, who is very knowledgeable and was easy and pleasant to work with. The office crew is very helpful and friendly. I am very happy here in my new home and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality, environmentally friendly company.

Jane and I are now veterans of four major home improvement projects beginning 23 years ago with our purchase of an historic property from 1906 in Pelham, Massachusetts. We’ve built a 3-car garage with 2nd floor studio, added a 3rd story master bedroom suite, and renovated our kitchen from scratch. With the retirement of the contractor who oversaw those projects, we knew we’d have to work with a new firm for the last of our planned projects: replacement of all 29 of the original single-pane windows, and complete re-insulation of the structure. We chose Wright Builders to do the job.

Being retired now, I was able to keep an eagle eye on every detail. And while I’m sure that wasn’t always fully appreciated, the fact is, at the end of each day, I was impressed by the precise work and speed of the crew. Except for exterior painting which has to be done in the spring, a major project that was anticipated to spill over into the new year was completed three weeks ago. Was every last thing perfect? No, and after all the work we’ve had done over the years, I don’t expect it to be. Fitting new windows into a 120 year-old structure and sealing up every last air leak involved some tweaks. But in the end it was all done to our satisfaction.

Nick Wright, along with project manager Todd and foreman Eddie were all very pleasant to work with and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. The windows, the new shingles and the trim all look great. We’d recommend Wright Builders to anyone.

We (husband and I with two small kids, two dogs and a cat aka an entire zoo) decided to renovate and move into my parents house with my mom after my dad’s passing. It was obviously a very difficult transition and a huge task (as we had to gut almost the entire home and create an ADU). The team at Wright Builders was amazing every step of the way from sales to completion. Nick and Joe were incredibly thorough, kind and helped us navigate the 3 million things we never would even think of (layout, practicality, cost) and made it as painless as humanly possible. Nancy was great in working with what we wanted and extremely thoughtful in the design plans and mapping out the project. Todd our PM was so wonderful, helped keep us sane when we were losing our minds after looking at cabinet pulls for 6 straight days. And all the work him and Nick did with the permitting and the town inspections-could be a novel in itself but they handled it flawlessly. The production team, Tim, John and Ben were talented, courteous and thorough. Everyone contracted was great as well including Gary the electrician and Emma and her painting team. The quote and pricing may be higher than other local companies, but I would not have gone with any other team. Thank you all for your hard work and I appreciate you helping us create a beautiful home for our family!
