We worked with Rafael to update our bathrooms. We wanted a general update for the master bathroom, and to turn one of our guest bathrooms into a bathroom just for our kids. Rafael’s crew got to work quickly and finished the remodel on the agreed time. Their work is impeccable. We’re very happy with Rafael and Element Home Remodelling’s work.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Element Home Remodeling include in bathroom estimates?
Bathroom estimates include labor and rough materials, design services, and engineering and architectural plans when applicable. Finish materials are excluded.
Does Element Home Remodeling handle permits for bathroom remodeling?
Bathroom projects involving electrical or plumbing work require permits; projects that only replace finishing materials do not. The team obtains required permits, submits plans and schedules inspections.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Construction can take one to three weeks depending on the project scope. Required inspections can affect the timeline based on city or county inspector availability.
How soon can bathroom construction start?
Construction can start one to two weeks after signing the contract, or one to two weeks after receiving the work permit when applicable.
Can homeowners stay home during a bathroom remodel?
The company says most clients remain at home during the work. If two bathrooms are being remodeled, it can finish one before starting the other, if preferred, so one remains usable.
