Rudy Serrano
Extremely pleased with the work done by GVD Renovations & Remodeling; the team showed great attention to detail throughout the entire remodeling process, from the consultation to the final walk through. We are especially pleased with the installation quality of the Hardie siding and Anlin Catalina windows. Couldn't be happier.
Nelya Ovsyychuk
The installation crew truly went above and beyond our expectations. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, made sure gates were always secured, and clearly communicated what the next steps would be. Their craftsmanship was impressive, with excellent attention to seam placement, sealing, and final touch-up painting. Our overall experience with GVD Renovations was outstanding. The new siding looks amazing, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

GVD redid our siding! great communication and quality of work. The new James Hardie siding looks amazing, especially paired with the new Anlin Catalina windows.

Had GVD do the hardie board on the house.. overall satisfied with how it turned out. Patrick who bid the job was actually pretty thorough, he took photos and made notes on them so there wasn't any confusion on the scope of work which is usually where things go wrong. Crew worked hard.. long days. I pointed out a few spots that needed touch up and they handled it, they were good about checking in with me as they went. Came back to finish the final details and paint without me having to chase them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does GVD Renovations & Remodeling coordinate a siding project?
A single project manager coordinates from inspection through the final walkthrough, rather than splitting coordination among separate trades.
How long does GVD Renovations & Remodeling estimate a siding project takes?
Most homes take one to two weeks. Two-story homes, multiple colors or sheathing repairs can extend the timeline.
Does GVD Renovations & Remodeling always remove existing siding?
No. Installing over sound, flat existing siding is possible in limited cases; GVD removes it when the sheathing shows rot or the existing layer is uneven.
Does GVD Renovations & Remodeling offer financing?
Yes. Financing is offered through third-party lenders; approval, rates and terms depend on credit profile.
