The first and most important point is that Juarez's work is immaculate and beautiful. The worksmanship is truly amazing. In addition, we are not remodeling experts and trusted Job with decisions. He came through with flying colors, suggesting beautiful but cost effective approaches. When we needed help, for example, moving out of the home at the appropriate time, he helped us with everything - packing our things, suggesting places to store them, and then conducting the move. When Job and his team were working in our home, it is as if a family member was doing the work. We absolutely love our remodeled home.
Juarez Construction were amazing for our 1920’s craftsman remodel in Berkeley! Job and his team were communicative, quick to reach, and knowledgable about the issues with our older house and the solutions to fix them. They were professional and the final product looks great, but we’re even more happy that the bones of the house are looking good too! Job was accommodating and considerate of our budget and worked well with the plumbers and electricians we wanted to use. We’ll definitely be happy to call them again in the future if we need general contractors!
Job Juarez and his team has helped us with a couple of remodel projects - 1) adding a deck and double doors to walkout to the back deck/patio and 2) renovating our kitchen which included taking down walls and adding beams.JJ has been great to work with - worked with us through surprises that come along with renovations, is patient and conscientious and doesn't cut corners, and is thoughtful in the recommendations/ideas that he proposes. His crew is polite and easy to work with as well.
Juarez Construction is terrific! They have a ton of experience, but have only recently joined Yelp. We were very pleased with the facelift they did on our old house. They were so easy to work with and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. The general contractor, Job, was fantastic. Everyone on his crew was also focused on doing their very best. It was a great experience and I have no hesitation recommending them.
Juarez Construction has done several remodel jobs for me from waterproofing my exterior of home to protect leaks to fixing old doors so they operate like new.They take the time each job requires to actually fix the problem and do it the right way.Best example I can give is an exterior door I have that several other contractors attempted to fix so it worked properly. They all blamed the weather as it would work for a few weeks and then stop working properly. However, I gave the job to Juarez Construction and it hasn’t failed since. That was over a year ago.I would highly recommend this team to handle any remodel job.
