Today we received a quote for converting our fiberglass tub/shower to a walk in Shower. David C is the design rep who came out and helped us design the remodel. He was helpful and understanding and worked hard to explain the process. He did an amazing Job Thank You

I was on the Statewide website and saw nothing but 5 star reviews....REALLY??? Perhaps we had a terrible crew for the installation of our windows, or maybe they cherry pick the reviews to post.

I split the job of replacement of the windows in my home due to the expense. Statewide did the second installment of windows. The first installment of window replacement was done by a competitor of Statewide. Let me say, the difference was night and day.

After the first installment (done by a competitor) I had virtually no cleanup. All areas (furnishings, etc) to include floors in the immediate install area were draped to protect them from dirt and debris. The windows sparkled when they were done, and all areas that were worked were done neatly. No messy caulk, no smudges, no damage at all.

Now for Statewide..... nothing draped or covered (antique furnishings, turkish rugs, hard wood floors...) So 3 hours later, after vacuuming, mopping, dusting and laundering, I finally do a good exam on the work performed..... while the windows themselves are seemingly fine, they are dirty, with smudges, handprints, one even looks like a face print. Painted areas of the walls in the work areas were scuffed, a large chunk of plaster knocked off of the wall, extremely messy caulk work, and chipped a marble windowsill.

We notified Statewide and provided photos. Their funds for payment were released without talking to us, the homeowners. And some one did reach out to us indicating that we would be contacted. She also indicated we may have to go to mediation.....um excuse me, we didn't say we were going to fight against paying for the product. We just want the damages and messy work made right. I guess her response was because they have so many complaints, and threats of non payment.

Anyway, work was done on Monday and today, Thursday we have yet to be contacted back to make things right.

Never with Statewide again.....for anything.

I am currently considering a major remodel of our Master Bath that is limited to replacing the Shower and Jacuzzi Tub. In working with several national/regional companies I had the opportunity to Meet Mr. David Citrin with Statewide Remodeling. David spent several hours discussing what my wife and I wanted in the room, and what my expectations were for the company I will ultimately select.
While I am not overly excited about the costs (from any of the companies) I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge of the product line and the effort spent towards my education and understanding of the current market trends and cost drivers in the project. David provided a detailed design that met our requirements and is working to identify options that may reduce the final cost. While I’m not done with my evaluation, his up-front honesty and candor provide a well-deserved lead in my project decision.

Statewide Remodeling replaced my home windows a year ago. The service was excellent. Every person I engaged with through the process was engaging, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Since then I have contacted them a couple of times requesting information for tax incentives and energy rebates. They have responded promptly every time. I so appreciate Patty and everyone there for such fantastic customer service!

David C. came to our house to give us a quote on doing a tub to shower conversion with Kohler LuxStone.

We had a great experience with Statewide Remodeling, especially working with David C., one of their design specialists. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, walked us through all the bathroom remodeling options clearly, and explained the financing without any pressure or confusion.

What stood out most was how well he listened - he’s genuinely a people person. He also worked hard to find meaningful discounts, which we appreciated. More than anything, the trust and relationship he built with us is the reason we’re seriously considering moving forward with his proposal.

Overall, a very positive experience.
