We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our basement renovation. We reached out to Renovating KC in February to discuss our basement, and after our consultation, we knew they were the perfect company to make it happen.

We were assigned a designer and a pre-construction manager. They worked together to make our vision for the space work with our budget. Kara, the designer, used our inspiration photos to create a layout that would be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and fun for the whole family.
Once we approved the design, we were assigned a construction/project manager. We were incredibly happy working with Anthony. His attention to detail and his communication skills are just a few qualities that set him apart. Any issue or question we would bring up had already been recognized or addressed. Anthony helped us keep to the planned timeline and the entire construction process went smoother than we expected.

Thank you immensely to Steven Ross, Parker Hofbauer, Kara Botz, Anthony Willard, and all other Renovating KC employees who helped make our project successful.

From the initial visit, throughout the design process, during the demo and remodel phases - everyone we had the pleasure of working with was extremely professional, communicative, and skilled.

The design came out exactly how we had hoped and the team helped come up with some really great ideas to maximize space and increase utility while maintaining the core design.

The project management team was top notch (they nailed the timeline which is still incredible to me) and helped resolve some HVAC and plumbing problems that were discovered during the rough in. The attention to detail is second to none but really what stood out to me was how much the team cared about our home and the project. They cut no corners, came to us with concerns and helped create our perfect kitchen.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.
