Mike and his team completed my gut kitchen renovation 2.5 years ago. They were the least costly contractor I interviewed out of four or five local contractors. They were on site bright and early every day, all day. They moved a wall 2 ft as well as vaulted my ceiling. Everything is well built, sturdy and beautiful. They went above and beyond in a few unexpected areas like not charging me to install crown molding and under cabinet lighting which I still admire to this day. Highly recommend!

He gave be a quote range 25% to 50% higher than the lowest quote i got before him that I told him he had to beat. Not sure about his work, but it was a waste of time and seemed a bit dishonest to tell me he would try to make it affordable, then come with that ridiculous quote range. The quote I got from the other contractor was not a range and he has great reviews and experience. Gonna go with that guy, not Mike at Swift Renovations.

Michael and his team are true professionals! They were referred to me from a friend and Michael came out promptly to provide me a quote on my renovation. He provided me with an exact price and assured me as long as I proceeded with the project in the next 30 days, there would be no changes to the pricing. After having a few companies come out to look at my kitchen remodel, it was clear that Michael from Swift was the most professional in his presentation of options and was able to provide me with solutions that worked best for my family. The job was just completed and we could not be happier with the final product. I will be recommending Michael and his Swift Renovations team to everyone moving forward.
