From the beginning of the project to its completion, David Phillips and his team communicated with us regularly about the project schedule, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. The sub-contractors engaged by DL Phillips, which included fireplace installation, skylights, drywall, electrical, flooring, and painting, delivered quality workmanship and transformed our dark living room into a beautiful, functional space.

We recently had some necessary repair work done by D.L. Phillips Construction, in preparation for new flooring for our kitchen. D.L.Phillips worked closely with B & R Flooring to coordinate and complete the project in addition to keeping our costs within reason.
We appreciate very much the personal attention given to our project by the owners, contractors and subcontractors. We received clear explanations for what was being done and good follow through for what had to be done. We started out not knowing exactly what was needed but the team jumped right in and located the problem and the best solution. We were impressed with how quickly they got to work to correct the problem.
David the owner stopped by several times and also assisted with some of the work as an extra pair of hands. Work was done both on the inside and outside of the area in question. Our roofline is unusual and the solution to the drainage issues will improve things for years to come.
The end result is pleasing, and just what we had hoped for. This was not a kitchen remodel, but rather a kitchen enhancement.
