Lifespan was fantastic to work with. They had clear communication, an excellent design team and contractor team, and stayed within the planned timeline and budget. They fully remodeled our bathroom and we are extremely happy with the design, the craftsmanship, and the entire remodel process. We highly recommend their team and are extremely thankful to have worked with them!

We built in the height of the pandemic. With lumber prices through the roof. Lead times on certain items months out. Making design decision before a space was created, brought their own challenges, but that said we completed our entire house build on time.

They were always prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, and their clear and concise communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I hired Lifespan Construction to help us build a covered patio because of their stellar reputation. They lived up to that reputation by helping us through the entire process -- concept through construction. They helped us figure out a design that integrated into our house and made the patio look like it was always there. Maddie was our design manager who was with us throughout. She was responsive, helpful, and even brought me flowers after an unexpected hospital stay. I could tell that everyone at Lifespan cared about our project and wanted us to be happy with the finished product.

The best part for me was letting them coordinate all subcontractors and navigate the Thurston County permit process (even a pocket gopher survey). I didn’t have to worry about any of it! Those tasks can be overwhelming and stressful and it was so nice to know it was all handled. Lifespan was also very honest about their costs and schedule.
We always knew where the budget was at and the construction schedule went as planned. Seriously, we were given a finish date in December 2020, and the project was completed that day!

We have been enjoying our new covered patio the last few months and couldn’t be happier. Everyone that visits has commented on the quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Lifespan Construction for your project!
