they came in and did our old home in one day . They talked to us through some of the rough spots they occurred and informed us of everything they weee doing every step of the way and even offered several different solutions, leaving it up to us how to proceed. Cutler Construction was the contractor for a major renovation (floors, redesigned kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) of our home and I highly recommend them. Josh and his team were good to work with, communicated well and, most importantly, did high-quality work and took pride in doing great work.We had never done anything like this, but Josh was patient about guiding us and helping us choose fixtures, appliances, colors and the many other things that must be decided when undertaking such a large project. He also made some of our ideas happen, going above and beyond to make sure things turned out as we wanted.We have been showing our place to friends and several, including a retired contractor, have made unsolicited comments about the high-quality workmanship. We continue to marvel at the results and how much our home has been improved.
Cutler Construction did an amazing job on remodeling our 2 bathrooms. When we first met with Josh, we tasked him with taking 2 smaller bathrooms: enlarge them, add double sinks, and maximize the space. This was a challenging task, but the result turned out beautiful and beyond our expectations.The crew was always courteous and professional, they cleaned up at the end of each work day. Josh always answered our questions and gave us solutions when needed.He continually gave us updates on work being done each week. There were never any issues with inspections or obtaining permits because the work done was professional and without shortcuts. It is difficult to find a company that shows integrity. We are thankful for our experience with Cutler Construction.
Have had CCSI do a few jobs now, starting with hardwood floor installation, then a full closet/cabinet build-out, and most recently hanging sound panels from ceiling for an A/V room.Excellent, detailed work, done without unnecessary delay. Even for my relatively small jobs, Josh has been very responsive to questions, concerns, pricing explanations. Nice to see other reviews say the same thing for bigger projects. CCSI very competitive on pricing, but for me the quality, quickness, and customer service/follow-up give them an edge.Always good to get multiple bids and do your due diligence as a homeowner. But after three solid jobs, I feel pretty good about hiring CCSI for upcoming projects.
