A Dream Come True with Ferguson Fine Homes! Working with Ferguson Fine Homes was an absolute dream from start to finish! From our very first meeting, their team was nothing short of professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. What truly set them apart was how attentively they listened to us — every idea, every request, every concern was heard and thoughtfully incorporated into the final design. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly helpful, offering expert advice without ever pushing us away from our original vision. Instead, they enhanced it — refining our ideas and adding thoughtful touches we hadn’t even considered. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride they take in their work is evident in every square foot of our new home. Thanks to Ferguson Fine Homes, what we once imagined has now become a reality. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you're looking for a builder who truly cares, listens, and delivers top-tier results, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

In January of 2024 we had Ferguson Fine Homes renovate one of our outdated washrooms. The transformation was amazing. So much so that we decided to have them renovate another washroom which was completed in July of 2024. These people are wonderful to work with. The quality of work is impecccable. Every little detail is taken care of. They never cut corners in any part of the job. As well, they guide you every step of the way in selecting everything. They are not short of great ideas. We can't say enough about Ferguson Fine Homes. Thank you to all at Ferguson Fine Homes who played a part in making these washrooms beautiful. Linda and Steve

I’ve been reading testimonials on new builds but this is a testimonial to Longevity in a well built home. We were one of the first new home builds by the Ferguson Brothers. Back in 2005 it was a small business called Ferguson Carpentry. Over the years the name has changed a bit and the logo but the Quality of their craftsmanship has not. It’s only improved. I still look at our home today and think how lucky we were that Ferguson was the name we could trust and to this day still can. Their knowledge, expertise, patience, guidance and creativity in this industry is far above a 5 star rating. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and what we wanted in our home. Here we are 19 years later and our home is still current, beautiful and very well built. I’ll ask you to find a better builder than Ferguson Fine Homes… you will not! Thank you for our Dream home! Shari and Kevin McClelland East Garafraxa

Ferguson Carpentry meticulously crafted our custom made cottage nestled in the Severn/Muskoka landscape. They seamlessly managed every facet of the project, orchestrating the dismantling of the previous cottage, lot clearance, and septic system installation. Collaborating with Bill and his adept team was a gratifying experience, as we carefully navigated both the exterior and interior aesthetics of our cottage. Bill is an engaged builder, readily conferring with designers and engineers to surmount any construction challenges that arose during the process. He has established relationships with accomplished professionals in the realms of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring a superior finish. The quality of Ferguson Carpentry's work is truly remarkable, exemplifying superior craftsmanship and incomparable quality. Bill's responsiveness to our requirements was unwavering, underscoring his reliability. All of these attributes distinctly validate our decision to entrust Bill Ferguson with the realization of our ideal cottage retreat.
